Tolls stay off the fare. The quoted number covers the drive and the tax. Ask for the 407 and the driver takes it, adding that toll at cost when you pay.
Billy Bishop runs are priced on request. The island airport sits on a different road, so a dispatcher quotes it when you book.
You send the trip, a dispatcher comes back with the fare, and the car is at the door at the time you picked.
Fill in the form or call. Pickup, destination, date and time, how many people and bags. An email confirms the request arrived, and no card is asked for.
A dispatcher checks your zone and confirms the flat price with you. The confirmation email puts it in writing, and that number is what you pay.
Before pickup, a text names your driver and the car. Going out, they come to your door; coming home, they meet you at the terminal once your flight is down.

Timing, fare and terminal notes
Courtice is Clarington's west end and its quickest run to the airport.
Timing, fare and terminal notes
Winter trips from the Wilmot Creek community on the lakeshore often come with three months of luggage.
Timing, fare and terminal notes
North of the lakeshore towns, Clarington turns into farmland, hills and small villages, and an airport pickup here usually starts on a concession road or a quiet main street.
Timing, fare and terminal notes
The trip home starts when the wheels touch down at YYZ.
Timing, fare and terminal notes
Clarington reads best from west to east, which is also the order of the fares. Courtice comes first: the neighbourhoods east of Townline Road, Farewell Heights among them, a few minutes closer to Toronto than anywhere else in the municipality, and the $160 CAD zone. Bowmanville follows, from the old blocks of King Street and the streets around the town hall on Temperance to Northglen and Brookhill on the north side, out to Lambs Road in the east and down to the lake at Port Darlington, all at $165 CAD.
Farther east, Newcastle village and the Wilmot Creek community on the lakeshore form the $180 CAD zone, along with the lakeside streets at Bond Head. North of the towns, the hamlets have zones of their own: Orono, Hampton and Enniskillen at $190 CAD, and Tyrone and Newtonville, the longest drives from here, at $205 CAD. If you live between them on a concession road, put the full address and postal code in the booking and the dispatcher will confirm which zone applies.
Pickup zones and their on-ramps
Going out, at the departures curb nearest your airline's check-in. Coming home, at Door A on the Arrivals level, where Pearson runs pre-arranged pickups at both terminals. Bookings are taken around the clock, weekends and holidays included, by phone or through the form above.
Tell us your airline when you book, because it decides the terminal. Air Canada and its Star Alliance partners, such as United, Lufthansa and Swiss, fly from Terminal 1, along with Emirates and a few others. WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Air Transat, Flair, Delta, American, British Airways, Air France and KLM use Terminal 3. At Terminal 1 the car pulls up on the Departures level, Level 3; at Terminal 3 it stops on the Departures level outside the doors nearest your airline's check-in. Bags come out at the curb and you're inside in a minute or two. Check your airline's own site the week you fly, since carriers do change terminals.
Landing at either terminal works the same way. Clear customs, collect your bags, and head to Door A on the Arrivals level, where Pearson handles pre-arranged rides at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Let the pre-arranged desk there know you're waiting, and the airport's dispatcher calls your driver in to the pickup area outside. Because the booking follows your flight number, the driver is already close by whether you land early or late, and the time you spend in customs costs nothing extra. The driver's name and car come by text before your flight, so you know who to look for.
$165 CAD, HST included, is the flat fare from anywhere in Bowmanville, going out or coming home. Across Clarington, fares range from $160 to $205 depending on the pickup zone: Courtice, the closest to Toronto, sits at the bottom of that range, and the long runs from Tyrone and Newtonville sit at the top. The zone sets the price, not a meter, so a crawl through Scarborough on a Friday afternoon changes the driver's evening, not your bill. The ride home from the airport costs the same as the ride out, based on the address you're going to. The one thing ever added is a highway toll: ask for the 407 and its toll goes on at cost. Billy Bishop trips are quoted separately by a dispatcher when you book, because the island airport is a different drive.
About 70 minutes from downtown Bowmanville to the Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 curb when the 401 is moving freely, which it usually is before 6 a.m., in the evening and on weekend mornings. Weekday rush hours are the exception: the run from the Rouge River through Scarborough to Highway 400 can add 30 to 45 minutes, and a long-weekend Friday can add more. Courtice trips run about five minutes shorter, while Newcastle, Wilmot Creek and the northern hamlets add five to fifteen. For a 6 p.m. domestic flight on a weekday, a 2 p.m. pickup is a safe call. If the 401 is jammed, you can ask for the 407 instead, and its toll is added to the fare at cost.
Yes. Give us the flight number when you book and we track the landing, so the pickup follows the actual arrival rather than the time printed on your ticket. If the flight runs an hour or more late, or is cancelled or diverted, you get a text, and a reply reaches the dispatcher if your plans have changed. Once you're through customs with your bags, go to Door A on the Arrivals level, where Pearson handles pre-arranged rides at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and tell the desk there you're waiting; the airport's dispatcher calls your driver in to the pickup area. Time at the baggage belt and in the customs line is part of the fare, never an extra charge.
Yes, and early starts are routine. A 4 a.m. pickup in Bowmanville puts you at Pearson around 5:15, in time for flights from about 6:30 onward, depending on how early your airline wants you at check-in. Book the evening before or earlier: the form and the phone line take bookings around the clock, so a request sent at 11 p.m. is fine. When you book more than a day ahead, a reminder text the day before repeats the pickup time and address, so a wrong time gets caught while there's still time to fix it. The driver arrives a little early and texts when they're outside, so you can finish your coffee instead of waiting at the curb.
Yes, the whole municipality: Courtice, Bowmanville and Newcastle, the lakeshore at Port Darlington and Wilmot Creek, and the hamlets to the north, including Orono, Hampton, Enniskillen, Tyrone and Newtonville. Each sits in a pickup zone with its own flat fare, posted on the fare board. Rural addresses on the concession roads are routine. The most useful thing you can do is type the full address with the postal code and add a note if the house sits back from the road or is hard to spot at night. If your address is outside these areas, send the request anyway and a dispatcher will quote it, or tell you plainly if it's a trip we can't take.
The request takes two minutes, nothing is charged until the ride is over, and the reply with your fare comes from a person.
