What do we collect when you book?

Your name, mobile number and email address; the pickup and drop-off addresses; the date and time; how many passengers and bags; a flight number if you give one; and anything you type in the notes box.

If you text our number, those messages are kept with your booking, so whoever picks up the conversation can see what was already said.

Addresses tell us the pickup zone and the fare. The phone number gets the texts about your ride, and the email gets the written confirmation. A flight number lets us check the landing time, so the car meets the plane rather than the timetable.

Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold, rented or swapped with anyone.

Who else handles it?

The driver assigned to your trip sees what they need to do it: your name, phone number, addresses, pickup time and any notes.

A few services each do one job for us. An email service sends the confirmations, an SMS carrier delivers the texts, a flight-status service receives the flight number when we check a landing, and Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the Turnstile check that keeps bots out of the booking form.

How long is it kept?

Booking records are held for the period that tax and bookkeeping law sets for business records, then removed. The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Can you stop the texts?

Yes. Reply STOP to any text from us and no more will come to that number. Reply START if you change your mind later.
